Our Returns Policy

At Nicolcrests, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple.

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased just return it in its original condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item less a £3.00 handling charge. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error and you will not be charged a £3.00 handling charge.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service.

Delivery
All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Signed for Delivery.

We hold most items in stock and dispatch is usually within 3 days. of your cleared payment. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 days of cleared payment. On occasion some items maybe out of stock and these will have to be placed on order, we will notify you of the estimated arrival date when you can decide whether to proceed with the order.

Law
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with UK law. If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be, unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. In respect of consumer sales only, statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.

Price
All prices are displayed in Pounds sterling and is a total price inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).

Delivery
Delivery to mainland UK is Free of Charge.
For all orders, for Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and EU Countries please begin to process your order we will then advise on the additional extra shipping cost. For non-UK and EU countries please email for quote.

Who can order?
Currently for orders placed on our website, we can only ship to addresses within the UK and EU Countries. These include:

• Channel islands

• Northern Ireland

• Republic of Ireland

• Scottish Islands

• Isle of Man

• EU Countries (additional shipping charges apply)
  Including: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

• USA & Australia - We have specified the countries where we can apply worldwide shipping cost.

We will ONLY ship to these countries.

Non EU countries
If you live outside the UK or EU and you are not listed above but would like to purchase from us then please contact us with full details of the product(s). Please note that for delivery outside the UK there will be an additional shipping charge depending on your location.

Order Online
Nicolcrests offer 24hr on-line ordering through our website. To order a product, simply ensure your product options are correct and click the add to basket button. You will then be asked if you would like to process the order or continue shopping. Click continue shopping if you wish to order more than one product. After you have completed your order, you will be sent an order confirmation by email.

Security
At Nicolcrests we take every precaution to ensure all of your details are kept confidential, all credit card details are taken via secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 bit encryption and for extra safety no credit card details are stored on-site.

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express. These include MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo or Delta. Cheque/Postal Order payment or Cash on collection.

Return Policy
Our 30-day* returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact,) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less a £3.00 handling charge. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
